    Product Introduction:
    The AHK series of slurry pumps are single-stage, single-suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal pumps, suitable for transporting liquids containing suspended solid particles in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, and building materials. These liquids include highly hard, highly corrosive, and high-concentration slurries such as concentrate, tailings, ash slag, coal cinder, cement, soil, and placer minerals.
    The AHKR rubber-lined pump is designed for special working conditions with fine particles without sharp edges. High-quality wear-resistant rubber is selected, which has good wear resistance, tear resistance, impact resistance, high elasticity, and chemical stability.
    The typical working conditions are as follows: the concentration of the transported slurry is ≤60%, the temperature of the medium is ≤80°C, and the solid particles are 80 to 200 meshes.

    Product Introduction:
    The ZS series of slurry pumps adopt a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, cantilever double-shell design. It is a specially upgraded product developed by the design team of Sanlian Pump Industry based on years of experience in centrifugal pump design. This pump features high efficiency, a reasonable structure, a spacious flow passage, strong flow capacity, high reliability, and convenient maintenance.


    Product Features:
    Aiming at complex pipeline structures, the pump's discharge port is designed to be rotatable. It can be rotated to 8 different installation positions at intervals of 45°.
    In applications with long conveying pipelines, by adopting a series connection structure and coordinating with terminal speed regulation, the ZS series of slurry pumps can meet the requirements of most working conditions.
    The sealing structure has been optimized. When the head of the pump H ≤ 0.5MPa, packing seal is adopted; when the head is within the range of 0.4MPa ≤ H ≤ 0.8MPa, a combined sealing method of auxiliary impeller plus packing seal can be selected. The packing is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant carbon fiber materials, and the shaft sleeve is flushed and cooled by externally connected clean pressurized water, effectively preventing slurry particles from entering the shaft sleeve and packing, and significantly extending the service life of the packing seal.

    The SLN dredging pump adopts a single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal structure as a whole. It is a new type of mud pump independently developed for dredging and filling work in rivers, lakes and seas. This product has the advantages of light weight, excellent cavitation performance, strong abrasion resistance, spacious flow channel, convenient installation and use, etc. It can continuously transport large-particle highly abrasive mud and sand, and is suitable for various scenarios such as relay pump stations of shield systems and dredging systems of dredgers.


    Product features:
    The overall design of the SLN-D dredging pump is a single pump casing structure. Users can choose two ways to connect to the gearbox: the self-contained bracket type or the pump box integrated type according to their needs. During diving operations, long shaft drive can be used, or submersible motor direct drive can be selected.
    The overall design of the SLN-S dredging pump is a double pump casing structure. The safety and reliability design of the double pump casing ensures that the jacket can be used continuously until it is almost worn out, and even if the jacket is broken, the pump cabin will not be flooded.
    All models of SLN mud and sand pumps adopt the front disassembly design. According to the structural characteristics of each component, they are equipped with special disassembly and assembly tools to simplify the disassembly and assembly process. The impeller and the shaft are connected by a standard four-start trapezoidal thread, and an impeller disassembly ring is provided at the sleeve, which can transmit strong torque and facilitate disassembly and assembly.

    Product Introduction:
    The HSN series of pumps is an innovative product independently developed and optimized by our company based on years of application experience of split-case pumps. Under standard configurations, its main application fields are similar to those of the HS (V) series of pumps. When the flow-through components are made of corrosion-resistant or wear-resistant materials (such as SEBF sprayed materials or duplex stainless steel), the HSN series of pumps can transport industrial wastewater containing corrosive substances, seawater, and rainwater with suspended solids, etc.


    Product Features:
    The HSN series of pumps adopt an upper and lower split design, featuring a simple structure and being easy to maintain.
    The double-suction impeller and double-volute flow passage are selected, which can automatically balance the axial centrifugal force.
    The pump casing is formed by resin sand molding, making the inner surface more regular and reducing the loss of the flow passage.
    The impeller adopts the lost foam process, which improves the machining accuracy, reduces the centrifugal moment, and effectively reduces the failure rate of the rotor.
    In order to cope with more complex working conditions, there are more diverse choices for bearings, shaft seals, and impellers.

    Product Introduction:
    HS (V) type pump series is a new generation of single-stage double-suction central volute centrifugal pump designed and manufactured by our company with advanced pump technology at home and abroad.
    It is mainly used in waterworks, power plants, industrial water supply, building water supply, HVAC engineering, agricultural irrigation, water pump stations, shipbuilding industry and other fields.


    Product features:
    HS (V) pump adopts upper and lower split type design, simple structure and easy maintenance.
    The selection of double suction impeller and double volute runner can automatically balance the axial centrifugal force.
    The inlet flow path is provided with a guide plate, which effectively avoids the generation of inlet vortex, and significantly improves the Anti-cavitation performance and operation efficiency.
    The shaft seal can be either a packing seal or a mechanical seal, both of which are mounted in a Removable stuffing box for easy installation.
    The Detachable open design of the packing gland further simplifies the maintenance process.
    The pump shaft is fully sealed and equipped with an O-shaped rubber seal to ensure that the shaft and bearing do not come into contact with the medium, thus extending the operating life.
    The pump rotor component adopts elastic prestressed assembly technology, which further reduces the difficulty of replacement.

    Product Introduction:
    The IS pump series are single-stage single-suction (axial suction) centrifugal pumps, which are widely used in industrial and urban water supply and drainage, water circulation and pressurization in production processes, as well as agricultural drainage and irrigation. This series of pumps is suitable for transporting clean water or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water, and the medium temperature does not exceed 80℃.
    The ISR pump IS a high temperature improved version of the IS pump, and the temperature of the conveying medium can reach 120℃.
    The ISZ pump IS a direct drive version of the IS pump, with a smaller footprint and a wider range of applications. Especially suitable for high-rise building water supply, fire pipeline pressurization and HVAC engineering water circulation and other space limited occasions.


    Product features:
    The pump body and cover of the IS/ISR type pump are divided from the back of the impeller, that is, the rear door structure. The advantage of this design is that it is easy to repair, and the rotor parts can be repaired directly without moving the pump body and the suction and discharge line.
    The sealing method of the pump is usually divided into packing seal and mechanical seal. When packing seal is used, in order to reduce the wear of the pump shaft, the protective shaft sleeve is designed to be placed in the packing chamber, and an "O" seal ring is installed between the shaft sleeve and the shaft to further reduce leakage. When the mechanical seal is used, the application range of the pump can be expanded by an external flushing structure.
    ISR type hot water pump IS improved on the basis of IS type pump, the pump cover is provided with a cooling chamber, through the normal pressure cold water to cool the packing part, so as to achieve a maximum of 120℃ medium temperature transmission.
    The ISZ pump IS an improved design based on the IS pump, which combines the pump shaft with the motor shaft into a single unit, reducing the number of connected parts, which effectively reduces the footprint by about 30%. In addition, the pump comes standard with a mechanical seal, significantly extending the maintenance cycle.

    ASP5010 series chemical pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump, designed according to the international standard ISO2858/IS05199, with scientific, reasonable, standardized and modular design concepts, stable operation, economical and practical, high-efficiency and energy-saving products to provide customers with good solutions. Suitable for power plants, steel and metal manufacturing, chemical plants, refineries, food industry, automobile industry, waste incineration plants, seawater desalination plants and other scenes
    The pump implementation standards comply with ISO, API, GB, ASTM, JIS standards, and different materials of flow parts can be selected according to different conveying media.


    Product features:
    The bearing box can effectively withstand the axial and radial loads of the pump by configuring a combination of two angular contact bearings and one cylindrical roller bearing. The pull-out component is designed as an integral rear-drawing structure, so that the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump do not need to be disassembled during on-site maintenance, which greatly simplifies the on-site maintenance process of the pump.
    The pump cover is equipped with a self-flushing hole and a Plan1 flushing solution as standard. At the same time, according to different working environments, users can choose the most suitable flushing solution.
    The impeller design has two types: closed and open. The closed impeller is suitable for conveying a single medium, while the open impeller is suitable for conveying medium containing impurities.
    The size of the inlet and outlet matching flanges follows the GB/T9119-PN16 standard, which is equivalent to the HG/T20592--PN16 standard. It is an internationally common model and is easy to match with common supporting equipment.

    Product features:
    The bearing frame, shaft, seal box and impeller together constitute an interchangeable installation unit module, which enables complete interchangeability between pumps of different specifications, thereby saving the cost of spare parts reserves.
    When the coupling is disconnected, the installation unit module consisting of the bearing frame, shaft, seal box and impeller can be disassembled separately without disassembling the pipeline and motor.
    According to different working conditions, the pump body can choose single volute or double volute structure, and can be equipped with a thermal insulation jacket to ensure that the temperature of the medium is maintained during the transportation process.

    ASP5030, ASP5040 series of chemical pump is a horizontal single-stage and single-suction radially split pump designed by Sanlian Pump, it is based on a thorough absorption of advanced pump technologies both domestically and internationally, and according to the specifications of API610 (eighth edition) "heavy oil chemistry and natural gas industry in centrifugal pump" and API682 "centrifugal pump and rotary pump shaft seal system".     Product Features:
    Hydraulic design: Utilizing single-stage, radial, closed or open impellers, and single or double volute designs.
    Pump Casing: The body is designed by self-venting design with the outlet flange vertically upward, even in double volute casings, it can also ensure discharge of residual media completely without the additional holes on the pump body, 
    Flanges: Inlet flange is set horizontally, and the outlet flange is upward vertically, can be compatible with various flange standards. Both flanges have the same pressure rating, and the nozzle loads meet API610 standards.
    Shaft Sealing: The sealing chamber is designed according to API682 standards, suitable for various mechanical seal and compatible with standard auxiliary systems.
    Bearing Housing: Using the overall casting bearing housing, can be used within a wide range. Standard oil bath lubrication including an oil mist lubrication connector. Based on the operation conditions, the bearing housing can be uncooled, water-cooled, or air-cooled.
    Bearing Cooling: Using lubricating oil cooling coil to cool bearing parts, ensure heat transfer equably and effective cooling, avoiding uneven cooling of the bearing outer ring and the problem of service life reducing.
    Shaft System: Designed with a heavy-duty, large-diameter shaft system. Thrust bearings are arranged back-to-back to transmit torque and reduce shaft deflection at the sealing area.
    Base: The casing feet and base are designed in compliance with API610 standards, the base can be adjusted to any types by following customer's requirement.

    Product Introduction:
    The D-type pump is a horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump for clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is widely used in factories, urban water supply and other occasions. The standard for execution is GB/T5657-1995.
    The MD-type pump is an improved design based on the D-type pump, a type of mine-used wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump.
    The MDS-type pump is an additional first-stage double-suction impeller based on the MD-type pump.
    The MD(S)-type pump is reliable in wear resistance and has a long service life, and is particularly suitable for mine drainage, pumping mine water with solid particles content not exceeding 1.5% (particle diameter less than 0.5mm) and other similar liquids. The standard for execution is MT114-85. Product features
    The MD(S) series horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps adopt a two-end support design and have a segmented shell structure. They are connected to the motor through elastic coupling.
    The shell is composed of the suction section, middle section, discharge section, stuffing box body, etc. These parts are closely connected by tightening bolts and screws to ensure the integrity of the structure. The discharge port is designed to be vertical upward, while the suction port is in a horizontal direction.
    The static joint surfaces between the suction section, middle section, and discharge section are sealed with paper pads and sealant to ensure the sealing performance of the pump. The sealing between each stage of the pump body adopts the throttling sealing technology.
    The shaft seals on both sides of the pump use packing seals, and water-blocking rings are equipped to prevent water from seeping into the bearings, ensuring the stable operation of the pump.
