Product Introduction:
ASP5030, ASP5040 series of chemical pump is a horizontal single-stage and single-suction radially split pump designed by Sanlian Pump, it is based on a thorough absorption of advanced pump technologies both domestically and internationally, and according to the specifications of API610 (eighth edition) "heavy oil chemistry and natural gas industry in centrifugal pump" and API682 "centrifugal pump and rotary pump shaft seal system". It comply with multiple international and national standards, suah as ISO, API, GB, ASTM, JIS, etc.


Product Features:
Hydraulic design: Utilizing single-stage, radial, closed or open impellers, and single or double volute designs.
Pump Casing: The body is designed by self-venting design with the outlet flange vertically upward, even in double volute casings, it can also ensure discharge of residual media completely without the additional holes on the pump body, 
Flanges: Inlet flange is set horizontally, and the outlet flange is upward vertically, can be compatible with various flange standards. Both flanges have the same pressure rating, and the nozzle loads meet API610 standards.
Shaft Sealing: The sealing chamber is designed according to API682 standards, suitable for various mechanical seal and compatible with standard auxiliary systems.
Bearing Housing: Using the overall casting bearing housing, can be used within a wide range. Standard oil bath lubrication including an oil mist lubrication connector. Based on the operation conditions, the bearing housing can be uncooled, water-cooled, or air-cooled.
Bearing Cooling: Using lubricating oil cooling coil to cool bearing parts, ensure heat transfer equably and effective cooling, avoiding uneven cooling of the bearing outer ring and the problem of service life reducing.
Shaft System: Designed with a heavy-duty, large-diameter shaft system. Thrust bearings are arranged back-to-back to transmit torque and reduce shaft deflection at the sealing area.
Base: The casing feet and base are designed in compliance with API610 standards, the base can be adjusted to any types by following customer's requirement.
