Product Introduction:
The QW series submersible sewage pumps are a new generation of advanced equipment that have been successfully developed based on the absorption of advanced technologies of similar products from abroad. They are characterized by high efficiency, anti-tangling, no blockage, automatic coupling and automatic control. They demonstrate unique advantages in handling sewage containing solid particles and long fibers. 
The QWN series submersible sludge pumps are an improved version specially designed for slurry water conditions, and have been optimized based on the technology of the QW series submersible sewage pumps.
The QW(N) series submersible sewage pumps are widely used in various fields such as engineering, factories, hospitals, and construction, and are mainly used for discharging sludge, wastewater, urban domestic sewage, etc. containing solid particles and various long fibers. 


Product features:
The stator of the motor uses F-class insulation materials and is equipped with overheating and overload protection components for each phase.
The shaft of the motor is made of stainless steel and the rotor has undergone dynamic balance testing to ensure the smooth operation of the pump.
High-grade mechanical seals are adopted to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the pump.
A water leakage detection probe is installed in the wiring chamber to promptly issue an alarm signal.
The flow channel type impeller not only endows the pump with strong conveying capacity, excellent anti-blocking performance and high operating efficiency, but also ensures the full head characteristic, thus making the process of flow rate regulation and selection of the pump more convenient.
